Big spawn update

Todays server restart brought us some very nice spawn updates. Which not just was a increase of density, but a very nice addition of spawn area. 

  • Enhance Edron and Venore Dragon Lair significantly with new areas in lower levels and Dragon Lords, Dragon Hatchlings.
  • Enhance Edron Hero cave with a Hero and Blacknight hunting area.
  • Increase Drefia Grim Reaper Cave.
  • Add monsters (Hydra, Behemoths and Elephants) to increase monster density in the Forbidden Lands. 

And some other fixes and changes: 

  • Enchanting does not cost souls (as the soul system is still broken).
  • Cooldowns have been chanted to 50% of original Tibia (this mostly is a increase as a lot have been set to 1s before).
  • OT custom summons, Spells and Runes have been removed (due to being mostly overpowered).
  • Knight has been rebalanced as it had a huge buff in the past. It now has 10% less damge (from 1.4 multiplier to 1.3).

Some smaller NPC fixes have been introduced as well.
