Restoring Team-Play Synergy & Making Magic Level Matter Hi everyone, I believe we need to adjust the Level-multiplier for healing before we reach the late game. Currently raw level scales so aggressively that Magic Level is losing its meaning, and class identity is disappearing. The Reality Check (Average Healing):Here is how the Knight/Paladin UH compares to the Druid’s strongest spell (Exura Sio): Knight (UH) Level 50 ~421HP Paladin (UH) Level 50 ~375 HP (less than knight with x3 mlvl) Druid (Exura Sio) Level 50 ~698 HP Knight Level 100 ~774 HP Paladin Level 100 ~591 HP Druid Level 100 ~864 HP Knight Level 150 ~1.126 HP Paladin Level 150 ~808 HP Druid Level 150 ~977 HP The Problem: The " ne-Man Army" MetaIn RL 8.6, a Knight needed a Druid to level fast. That synergy was the heart of the game. Here, that synergy is dead because: Healing Superiority: Around Level 120, a Knight officially becomes a better healer than a Druid.Hidden Buffs: Knights already have massive advantages: a 1.2 Melee Damage multiplier and a 1.3 Armor multiplier. No other class has these buffs. The " ouble Knight" Strategy: Why bring a squishy Druid when you can bring a second Knight? A second Knight acts as an extra tank, deals super damage, and heals the team even better than a Druid could. Why this needs a fix? Druids are becoming obsolete. If the Tank out-heals the Healer, the Druid class loses its purpose. Currently, someone who just "grinds levels" heals as well as someone who invests time intraining their MLVL. We should reward those who train their skills. Adjusting the Knight’s level-multiplier automatically balances the Paladin’s healing too, fixing two classes with one simple change, since it is absurd that a Paladin is healing less than a knight, everyone should agree on this. We should shift the power from raw Level back to Magic Level. This keeps the Knight as a formidable tank (especially with that 1.3 armor buff) but restores the need for a "Pocket Healer" Druid for high-end content. As a Paladin, I want my ML training to be meaningful rather than just relying on a flat level bonus. Let's save the team-play meta while the server is still in its early stages! What do you think? |
